Our spiritual practice is just that - a practice. We practice and train our lives every single day to produce a certain result, whether we are conscious of it or not. Much of the results you experience are based on your words - so speak life. State what you expect from the future in the positive instead of the negative and transform your speech!

Transformation Examples:
- I no longer allow the negativity get me down” = “I remain centered in EVERY situation.”
- “I defeat all of my bad habits” = “I develop strong, new habits daily”
- “he accepts even my bad habits” = “he loves me just as I am and is completely accepting of me.”
.
Your words are not just reflective of what you’re thinking, they are a mirror image of what is in your heart. So, to change your words permanently, seek healing for your heart. Develop a new belief that you keep in your heart. Allow positivity to flow through your heart by saying silent prayers of blessing over your life and others. Smile...from the heart. Practice it, and it WILL become your reality.

You have been blessed and have so many opportunities to be grateful! Just think about how God has kept you, protected you, given you ideas that helped you and your family, brought you wonderful opportunities, given you loyal friends and caused you to come through the challenges you've had without being destroyed by them. 🙌🏽

Find the ability to be grateful today, despite what you may be going through. When you praise God even in the middle of a difficult challenge, the Bible says your praise—your decision to be grateful to God and allow that to reflect in your words and actions—is like a sweet fragrance to Him.
.
Hebrews 13:15 directs you to ".... continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess His name." This sacrifice of praise brings you into God's presence, because God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalms 22:3). In His presence, there is freedom and joy (2 Cor. 3:17).
.
As you are grateful today, just reflect on the fact that God is so good, and you are SO blessed. Get up this morning and be grateful for the SON that's shining on you!

Have you ever considered the blessing within the blessing? appreciation is the key.

Behind appreciation is an invitation. an invitation to have God’s presence with us daily.
.
The Word tells us about the blessing in God’s presence. There is freedom, liberty, joy, love, light, peace and so much more. The actual blessing is just a reminder to step into the real blessing…the blessing of His presence.
.
The more we practice appreciation, the more we are obedient in glorifying God. The more we are obedient, the Word tells us the more we are blessed. It is a cycle set up to allow us to remain in a state of perpetual blessings within the presence of God…who’s with me?

Good morning Beautiful! God works so differently than we do. I used to look at my goals and say “this is what I want, and this is how I’m going to get there.” I’ve since learned that God’s ways are higher than anything I could ever come up with. Now I look at what my goals are and ask God - are these the goals you have for me? I’m more than willing to let go of all of my “good ideas” for one “God idea.”
.
When things look reckless in your life, remember that God’s divine word will still prevail. The real truth is that you are in God’s hands. Your life and everything you care about is in God’s hands. I pray that a sense of peace and power wash over your spirit while you read these words, washing away all the fear and doubt. Rest your mind from all of that thinking, & think instead on God’s truths for this season- here are a few to get started with:

💜 God loves you – John 3:16
💜 God has a plan for your life and theirs – Jeremiah 29:11
💜 God will reveal His truth to you as you follow Him – John 14:26
💜 God will reward a life that seeks Him – Matthew 6:33
💜 God has peace for you- so stop worrying – Matthew 6:31
💜 God is more powerful than your past – Romans 8:1
.
Make the best decisions you can every day using your tools of prayer and the wisdom of the Christians around you. Know that it’s all working for your good, and be patient. God will complete you.
